Team Pictures
We donate 5% of the team pictures sales back to the league or
club. No up front fees. All registered coaches are provided with a free 8x10
team picture. |
We try to make Team Pictures as easy and transparent as possible for both
parents and coaches. No order forms or prepayments are needed. No more worrying
about lost forms or checks! Once we are invited to take the team pictures, it's
a simple three step process:
Scheduling:
We work with the coach or team parent to schedule a time and place. The coach or
team parent communicates the time and place to the parents.
Photo Shoot:
We show up at the designated scheduled time and shoot the individual and team
pictures. All the parents need to do is provide a child!
Ordering:
Within a day after the photo shoot, we will notify the coach or team parent that
the picture proofs are available for viewing online via email with a special
secure online album code and web site address that the coach or team parent
forwards to the families.
1. A special free shipping and handling code is also provided, that when used
during checkout, provides free shipping and handling for up to one week from the
time the pictures are made available for viewing.
2. Families then view and order prints, press products, and specialty items from
the comfort and privacy of their own home. If you don't like the picture you
haven't committed any hard earned money.
3. All orders are shipped directly to the family, thus relieving coaches or team
parents from distribution duties.
